What's it like outside of the box?

Well, I've only had a small taste:

Now that I've spent some time outside of the box I can safely say that it is every bit as scary as I imagined. But, surprisingly I was able to handle any situation, good or bad.

I kept remembering what I had been told: "The universe will never put you in a situation that you can't handle" and "You are here to experience the beauty of life. So find the beauty in every moment" this lead me to analyse every situation and I realized every single experience was beautiful.

Outside of the box, I've tried new things that I never thought I would.

Bungee jumping, river rafting, kayaking, rock climbing, dancing lessons, singing lessons, moving out on my own, solo road trips inside and outside of the country.

And now I know a little bit better of what I like and don't like.

I started really small, just driving around to new places and not even getting out of the car. And found I've got an appetite for exploring.

Began doing weekends away on my own and with others.

Then my first solo road trip was only a couple of days, but I felt the freedom in being spontaneous.. Turns out the right experience will always show up if you look for it.

I felt a need to experience the desert, so I travelled to Namibia. That's a whole story in itself but it helped me understand and listen to the gut feeling telling me where I want to be and how important it is to honour it.

I realized that the world is out there ready to tell it's story, I just need to go find it. I've got a long way to go. But the road I've travelled makes me excited for what's to come.
